GSEF1: OSE labels colored per path. Some OSE cans will have more than one path, clarity needed on label requirements. One label per path?(IES) Horizontal Ladder rack on the West wall needs a 24 inch triangle bracket, and needs to move to 8" from the wall. (IES) Dress all OSP cables to the respective OSE. Qa Team meeting discussing Specifications, upcoming FOK, FOK specifics with photo information, and site walk preparations. Started L2 FOK for GSCMDF1. Completed Tiger Meeting going over GC handovers, cable tray system pathways, and bridges for cable pulling. Completed a site walk with our Supers and DPR. Took notes on all discussed and saved in Teams. Took site photos to complete GSCMDF FOK. Notes from walk: Qa GC MDF WALK CABLE PATHWAY FOR NORTH WALL LOCATION EPMS LOCATION? FIBER WILL BE ON TOP OF TRANSITIONS FOK CABLE SYSTEM PATHWAYS FIRE ALARM MIDDLE LANE, NEED TO SHIFT AP TO MEET MIN DISTANCE EMI/SPEC Mdf2, same issue with ap location next to fire alarm. Confirmed rack positioning in EF1. Operations began to anchor the racks into place after shifting the racks over 4 inches to avoid hitting the bolts on the nearby columns. Conducted a field walk with the superintendents and FE's. Walked the GSEFs and reviewed the plan on supporting the crossovers with Unistrut.

Completed walk and measurements with QA Team for RPL10 EF2. Received notice from DPR about GSCMDF VCMs are too close to the wall to open rack doors for full clearance. Verified our teams are working on it. Returned after lunch to verify clearance, there is enough room for doors to open comfortably. Verified they are still trying to make more room for opening VCM doors. Did RPL10 EF2 site walk with GC, PM, and Supers. Verified our team is bringing all material through RPL10 Gate 2 (Front right gate if your facing rpl10 from trailer city). Completed L1s and edited older L1s adding name and quantity. Updated qa tracker to match L1 forms.

Daily QA meeting to discuss walk, upcoming FOK, and standards. Had meeting with Meta, DPR, and other GCs to discuss upcoming walks, alignment, and new procedures for hand offs. Walked field with Meta to update issues. Helped Timeon complete FOK with field photos. Completed L1s to Qa tracker for accurate tracking.

Daily QA Team meeting to discuss FOK, L1, Warehouse storing, and IES team alignments for scheduling. Met with PM, Joe, and QA Team to discuss FOK requirements. Verified steps for FOK completion across Teams. Created L1s, started GSEF1 FOK with Timeon, and walked RPL10. Took photos for FOK and verified progress according to specs. Met with DPR QA team in the field to verify progress. Notated changes and upcoming phases. Had evening meeting with QA Team going over Warehouse Audit and future expectations.

Daily align with QA Team discussing upcoming walks and FOKs. Went over specs per FOK and upcoming walks in GSEF1, GSEF2, CMDF 1, CMDF 2. Met with our FE team at RPL10 and completed a walk through for each room. Verified spacing in between ladder racks support and worked with FE team to have it corrected. Verified splicing, cable management, and routing. Verified cleared issue #6394 in CMDF1. Created checklist with FE team to prepare for the 100% walk.

Conducted a 50% walk in CMDF1, found that the ladder rack supports were spaced further than 6ft, as found in the specifications. Notified the field team and they are correcting the issue. Walked GSEF1/2 to prepare for the 100% walk. There are some RFI's that need resolution before we can close the room.

Started with daily specs, site updates, and team coordination. CMDF1, CMDF2, IDFNX5 Walk Throughs with QA Team. Created 2 Issues- Issue #6394: Concrete has a hole on the East Wall 66 1/2 inches from the South wall in CMDF1. Hole is 2 1/2 inches in length and 1 inch wide. Hole is where the first VCM will be located. Issue #6391: CMDF2 South & West wall vertical ladder rack locations blocked by EPMS/BAS conduit. Other team members placed 3 other issues today we found in the field during our walk-through. Verified specs and measurements for our CMDF2 VCMs on-site. All measurements met requirements and standards. Verified splicing in our IDFNX5. Reported findings to our Super Intendant Chance to contact Clearcore to make needed changes to meet all Splicing specs/Housekeeping.

Completed a field walk with the FE team through the GSEF's 1/2, CMDF 1/2, and IDFNX5. Photos of the temporary 2 post rack in GSEF 1 for the temporary splices were taken. Temp splices of two 192 fibers in IDFNX5 were completed by Clear Core. SFE Paul informed us that the horizontal ladder runway in both CMDF's will have to move away from their respective walls by approx. 5" to allow for adequate space for the fiber to be routed within the bend radius. The changes will be redlined after installation per Hargis. This will also allow for the horizontal crossovers to be installed with out the overhead support. As the CMDF's have been buildout to spec, the FE's are reviewing to see if this will be a change order.
